DAVID DWEK, Managing Director
David Dwek has over 30 years Corporate Finance experience, of which 15 years in London and Zurich with the UBS Group covering global investment banking and 15 years with DC Dwek Corporate Finance. David established Subsea Infrastructure and Silnir Cyprus where he is a Director and Shareholder. He was a Non-Executive Director on Gilat Satcom between 2005 and 2008 whilst the company was publicly quoted on AIM. In addition,
David holds a BSc (Econ) Economics and Accounting and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. This has been followed with Advanced Finance Diplomas from LSE and London Business School courses.
