Together with our partners Resilient Corporation, we once again had an excellent response to the Boardroom Reflections Study. With more than 500 contributions from business leaders internationally, we saw a clear improvement in sentiment from the 2020 survey.
Key takeaways include continued overall concerns over economic uncertainty, cost inflation, employee retention, recruitment, and increased stress. We are undertaking some further analysis alongside business psychologists to further understand the results, particularly regarding some statistically significant trends in the areas of risk and CEO behaviour.
